Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on your return policy.
You may return your items within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
1. Completely uninstall the product.
2. Send an email to [email protected] with your order ID, reason for return, and the IP addresses we licensed.
3. We will check if our Anti DDoS protection on the IP addresses is still active. If it is, we may refuse to return your order and save it in our database to prevent you from purchasing again.
4. Once the check is completed, we will process your return.
We maintain a database of fraudulent orders. The database stores information such as licensed IP addresses, IP ranges around the licensed IP addresses, websites associated with the licensed IP addresses, etc. We do cancel new orders placed by customers listed in the fraudulent order database.
If you fail to complete the above return process, our Anti DDoS protection service may stop working on your server(s) at any time. We regularly check our Anti DDoS protection service on returned orders. In addition, you may not be able to purchase our services again.
Once we have received your return request and completed our checking, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Because we are required to pay a retailer transaction fee and we take time to process returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
